The competition was held at Kaplakriki this May. The sports events vary from year to year, but this year they were football, handball, bandy and athletics (long jump, 400m run and 200m relay). Each team is a mixed team of girls and boys, following specific rules of play.<\/p>\n<p>The competition was very tough this year. Thus, \u00c1slandssk\u00f3li won the football competition, V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0ask\u00f3li the handball, Hraunvallask\u00f3li bandy and Setbergssk\u00f3li athletics, even though L\u00e6kjarsk\u00f3li had won the overall competition in accordance with the competition's scoring rules.
