The plot is intended to accommodate up to 45 dwellings in three buildings. The distribution of dwelling sizes should be fairly even.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Price per flat: kr. 3,484,642, based on the total floor area of the building, 4,180 m\u00b2. If the structure is larger, payment for excess square metres must be made in accordance with the current road construction tariff upon approval of the building plans. The road construction charge for excess square metres is kr. 29,836 per m\u00b2.
