Changes to the collection bins will take effect from 1 September, and there may be some disruption to the service while the bins are being replaced.<\/p>\n<p>A new kerbside collection system, which will be introduced in February, will feature larger bins and expanded sorting options, with glass containers being added at some kerbside collection points.
