Haraldur L. Haraldsson, the mayor, challenged ten athletes to make a total of 30 trips, with 100,000 kr\u00f3na for each trip. The athletes easily met the challenge, and the mayor presented the club with a total of 3 million kr\u00f3na for the fundraiser, matching the pledges that had already been received.<\/p>\n<p>The current floor is 13 years old, but the development and renewal in gymnastics floors has been significant during this time. Everest Day is a fun family day where guests visit the gymnastics club Bj\u00f6rk. Coffee and refreshments will be on sale to support the cause, and the fundraising appeal continues.
