The theme of the week is the countries of the world.<br \/>\nin Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur<i>.<\/i> All conventional instrumental lessons are largely suspended this week, and in their place numerous jam sessions have been formed, playing music from<br \/>\nmost of the ethnic groups from which many residents of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur originate. On Friday, the oldest pupils from the nurseries will visit the Music School to listen.<br \/>\nThe students play their instruments.<\/p>\n<h4>Day of the Music Schools<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<p>Music School Day is celebrated on 13 February each year, this coming Saturday. On Music School Day<br \/>\na firm tradition to start at 10:00 with an instrument introduction in H\u00e1s\u00f6lum for students in<br \/>\nPre-school II. After the musical instrument introduction, students and parents have the opportunity<br \/>\nan opportunity to go into classrooms and meet teachers who can better demonstrate the instruments<br \/>\nand describe the main aspects of the course on the relevant instrument.
