The children's book swap market will be held at the Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Shopping Centre on Saturday from 1 pm to 3 pm. \u00a0The aim of the market is to create an opportunity and a platform for primary school-aged children to get new books by selling older books they own and buying others in exchange or swapping. No one has to swap books unless they want to. The only thing required is parental consent for the sale. <\/p>\n
Please note that all books are priced at a single price (200 kr.), and it might be a good idea to bring some change with you to make sales easier.\u00a0Meet at Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur at 12:45 for those wishing to sell books, but the market starts at 1 p.m. for those who want to browse and buy books at very good prices. <\/p>\n

This new cultural festival, which runs for one week, is being held for the first time and the week's events reflect a focus on books and films, and creative and fun projects related to both. The festival aims to further encourage children's interest in reading and literacy in the broadest sense, and will support the literacy projects in the town's nurseries and primary schools that have been running for the past few terms.
