\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 08.06.2016, following prior approval
\nof the Planning and Building Committee on 31 May 2016, that a proposal for an amendment to the general plan
\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 with regard to area 33 in the Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar neighbourhood, as of today.
\n19.01.2016, amended 30.05.2016, to be published in accordance with Article 31.
\nPlanning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n
The change consists of this
\nthat part of area S33, in the Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar neighbourhood, community services, is changed to
\nresidential area and merges with residential area IB 10. In area S33 community services in
\nSkar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar neighbourhood, which was intended for a nursing home, a health centre, a school and
\nThe nursery school will now become a school and nursery. S33 is reduced from 4ha to 3ha and IB 10.
\nexpands from 24 hectares to 25 hectares. The area affected by the change is east of H\u00e1degisskar\u00f0s
\nbetween Hraunskar\u00f0s and Apalskar\u00f0s.<\/p>\n

\nto advertise the proposal for an amendment to the Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar detailed plan, which came into force on 31 May 2016.

\nPlanning Act No. 123\/2010. The amendment consists of a provision for
\nThe residential development is extended into an area designated for community services (S33). A development intended for
\nmultiple-dwelling houses (multiple-ownership houses) are expanded and their arrangement and
\nTerms changed. <\/p>\n
The proposals will be made
\nsample at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur customer service, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and
\nplanning service at Nor\u00f0urhilla 2, from 14.06. to 02.08. 2016. It is possible to
\nconsider the amendment to the master plan and
\nDraft zoning plan on hafnarfjordur.is

Those who consider themselves
\nInterested parties are given the opportunity to make comments on the change.
