Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the \u00d6ldut\u00fanssk\u00f3li and the \u00d6ldugata nursery school site<\/p>\n

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 12 January 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the \u00d6ldut\u00fanssk\u00f3li and the \u00d6ldugata nursery school site. The amendment consists of changing the nursery school plot to allow for a residential block for people with disabilities to also be built there. The proposal is being advertised in accordance with Article 42 of Act No. 123\/2010. The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, 8\u201310 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, 2 Nor\u00f0urhellu, from 7 March 2016 to 11 April 2016. <\/p>\n

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 11 April 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
