Bjartir dagar is a participation festival and is based on that.<br \/>\nthat institutions, voluntary organisations, businesses and individuals take part in creating<br \/>\nevents related to the festival or take part in the programmes that others<br \/>\nto organise.<\/p>\n<h4>Do you want to take part in Bright Days?<\/h4>\n<p><font color=\"#252525\">The festival programme is currently being put together. We encourage everyone who is interested to get their thinking caps on and come up with ideas. It can be something that is already a tradition<br \/>\nand is already on the programme or something completely new, something huge or smaller<br \/>\nin patterns, something for children or something for adults, but something anyway<br \/>\nwhich encourages residents to take an active part.&nbsp;<\/font>Bright days may come someday<br \/>\ncost, but then a request for a financial contribution must be submitted immediately.<\/p>\n<p>All interested parties are asked to contact Andri \u00d3marsson, project manager for the Bright Days, by 4 April:  <a href=\"mailto:\" class=\"netfang\">andriom@hafnarfjordur.is<\/a>  &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The programme will be published on 8 April.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Menningarh\u00e1t\u00ed\u00f0in Bjartir dagar ver\u00f0ur haldin dagana 20.-24. apr\u00edl n\u00e6stkomandi.
