The amendment consists of increasing the number of flats by two, allowing a plot ratio of up to 0.6 without a basement, repositioning the building lines, and permitting projecting elements on the gables to extend up to 2 m beyond the main building line of the houses. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/Deiliskipulag_Einivellir-1-3.pdf\/\">See the proposal for a change here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Kvistavellir 10-16, Vellir 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 22 March 2015 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Kvistavellir 10-16 in accordance with Article 44 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. The change consists of lowering the terraced house by one storey. The building envelope is enlarged and repositioned on the plot. The roof is to be cantilevered to admit light into the building's central space. The maximum allowable floor area shall be based on the full extent of the building envelope.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/Kvistavellir_10_16_D-breyting--002-.pdf\/\">See the proposal for a change here<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for 8-10 Hno\u00f0ravellir, Vellir 6.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 22 September 2015 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Hno\u00f0ravellir 8-10, in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.\u00a0The change consists of converting a semi-detached house plot into a terraced house plot. The number of dwellings changes from two to three. The building line is shifted by approximately 0.5 m and the total building plot increases from 422 m\u00b2.<sup>2<\/sup> at 429 m<sup>2<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/hnodravellir8-10-deiliskipulag-2016.pdf\/\">See the proposal for a change here<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Suggestions for display in the service centre<\/h4>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 1 April to 13 May 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur no later than 13 May 2016.
