The premises are let for a 5-year term with the possibility of a 3-year extension. The premises are let ready for use, without any movable equipment, in the condition it is in, and must be returned in no worse condition at the end of the tenancy.<\/p>\n<p>Tender documents are available from the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre. A site visit will take place on 10 June at 11 am (gym) and 12 pm (cafeteria).<\/p>\n<p>Bids for the fitness centre facilities must be submitted to the service desk by 11:00 on 21 June.
