{"id":13085,"date":"2016-07-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skipulagsbreytingar\/"},"modified":"2022-12-07T14:43:10","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T14:43:10","slug":"organisational-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skipulagsbreytingar\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisational changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Notice of planning in the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Detailed plan for Reykjanesbraut \u2013 connection to Rau\u00f0hellu\/Kr\u00fdsuv\u00edkurveg<\/h4>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 28 June 2016 to advertise a proposal for a revised detailed plan for the Reykjanesbraut due to the connection with Rau\u00f0hellu\/Kr\u00fdsuv\u00edkurveg in accordance with 1. subsection of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. The amendment consists of an enlargement of the roundabout compared to what was previously planned, and a new slip road to the Helluv\u00e6\u00f0i area.<\/p>\n<h4>Detailed plan for the plots at 26\u201330 Strandgata<\/h4>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 28 June 2016 to advertise a detailed plan amendment for the plots at 26\u201330 Strandgata in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. The change consists of an extension of the plot and permission for increased building volume. The maximum combined plot density without parking will be 3.41, according to the proposal.<\/p>\n<h4>Detailed plan for the plots at Stapahraun 11\u201312<\/h4>\n<p>With reference to the letter from the Planning Authority dated 9 June 2016, the planning officer's report dated 27 June 2016 and the detailed plan drawing by NEXUS architects, the Town Council, on behalf of the City Council of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, on 14 July 2016, approves, to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Stapahraun 11\u201312, in accordance with section 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. The amendment consists of combining plots 11 and 12, Stapahraun, and shortening the street frontage. The plot ratio for the combined plot will be 0.75.<\/p>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urh\u00e6\u00f0 2, from 20 July to 31 August 2016.
