Thirty-two<br \/>\nStaff have signed up and will be running either 10 kilometres or a half marathon.<br \/>\nMarathon in aid of the Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Sports Club.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>She<br \/>\nA healthy tradition has developed among the staff of \u00c1sland School in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<br \/>\nto run together in the \u00cdslandsbanki Reykjav\u00edk Marathon, and it is for the staff<br \/>\none is in control of the distance covered each time. Thus,<br \/>\nThe group has run everything from 10 kilometres up to a full marathon. Participation has been high.<br \/>\nentertainment value for the staff and also competitive value, as there are some hidden among the group<br \/>\nemployees who want to better themselves year on year. Others run to take part, to achieve personal bests<br \/>\nwin and emphasise enjoying rather than rushing. Participation in a run has the<br \/>\nIn recent years, this has had the pleasant consequence that staff meet up outside of work to<br \/>\ntraining and a fairly large group has been running either with the FH running group<br \/>\nor Hauka in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. Participation in the \u00c1slandssk\u00f3li synchronisation has gone<br \/>\nincreasing year on year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Run for good for those who are<br \/>\nmentally and\/or physically disabled<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To all<br \/>\nRunners in the Reykjavik Marathon have the opportunity to run in aid of a good cause.<br \/>\nStaff at \u00c1slandssk\u00f3li run in support of the Sports Club.<br \/>\nFj\u00f6r\u00f0ur has been based in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and has been doing so for the past few years. The sports club Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur was founded in June.<br \/>\nSince 1992, it has catered for the needs of those who are mentally and\/or physically disabled.
