The businesses H\u00e9\u00f0inn, Kr\u00f3nan and Te og kaffi are considered good examples of corporate tidiness and general upkeep. The Star Street area is at Gauks\u00e1s 39-65, where residents, through their cooperation, have created a tidy and attractive streetscape. &nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this summer, the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur called on residents and other interested parties for nominations for awards for the tidiness and beauty of properties, gardens and streets in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. Today, the awards were presented at a ceremony at the premises of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Forestry Association. The owners of gardens at Brekkugata 25, Dvergholt 11, Fl\u00e9ttuvellir 29 and Hringbraut 39 received an award for the variety of their planting, good upkeep, tidiness and the passion they put into their gardening. The block of flats at Hringbraut 2a, 2b and 2c also received an award for its tidy outdoor area, which has clearly been developed and maintained through the cooperation of enthusiastic neighbours. \u00a0Gauks\u00e1s 39-65 is considered the most beautiful street in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and has been awarded the title 'Star Street'. There, residents have taken pride in tidily maintaining their plots of land.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Four companies awarded for good environmental practices and contribution to environmental issues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company H\u00e9\u00f0inn has taken great pride in the good presentation of its site at Gj\u00e1hellu 4 and is considered exemplary for the tidiness of its grounds in a designated industrial area. H\u00e9\u00f0inn is receiving an award for its contribution to the beautification of an industrial area for the second time. \u00a0Te og Kaffi is an example of another Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur-based company that, through its community spirit and can-do attitude, has transformed an industrial environment in a remarkable way and made it tidy in collaboration with its neighbouring companies. \u00a0Kr\u00f3nan is the third company to receive an award from the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur today. Kr\u00f3nan has built a new store at Flatahraun in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. The store was built at an incredible speed, and the landscaping of the site and customer access are considered exemplary.
