The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur invites tenders for the engineering design for the construction of a new care home at S\u00f3lvang in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/p>\n
The building will be about 4,000 m2<\/sup> Three storeys and a partially finished basement. Engineering design includes structural engineering, earthworks, plumbing systems, ventilation systems, electrical systems, acoustics and fire protection. It also involves designing modifications to the site's drainage pipework.<\/p>\n The tender for the works is scheduled to be in phases, with the first on 2 December 2016 and the last on 5 May 2017.\u00a0 Design work must commence as soon as a contract has been concluded with the consultant.
