Offers were received from seven
\nparties when the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur advertised six multi-family housing plots in Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 in
\nautumn. After the deadline for tenders, the evaluation and review of the tenders began based on
\ndefined terms in parallel with meetings with the highest bidders. The Town Council approved
\non 3 November last, to accept on the one hand offers from Byggingarf\u00e9lag Gylfa and
\nfrom Gunnars hf. for two plots and, on the other hand, from VHE ehf. and Nesn\u00fap ehf. for four
\nLand. The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved at its meeting yesterday to allocate
\nTo Gylfa and Gunnar Construction Company Ltd. two plots and to Nesn\u00fapi ehf. four plots.

In early September, the Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur invited tenders for
\nsix multi-family housing plots in Phase 1 of Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar. The total area in question is
\n30 hectares on the hillside south and west of \u00c1sfjall. Offers on the plots.
\nwere received from seven parties. A decision has been made to allocate Nesn\u00fapi on the one hand.
\nthe plots at Geislaskar\u00f0i 2, Bergskar\u00f0i 1, Apalskar\u00f0i 2 and 6, and on the other hand

\nThe six plots were submitted by the companies Nesn\u00fapi ehf and VHE ehf. The Municipal Council
\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur agreed at its meeting on 3 November to apply a provision in 7.
