The City Council of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved, at its meeting on 21.12.2016, following prior approval by the Planning and Building Committee on 13.12.2016, to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar, which came into effect on 22 July 2013, in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The change consists of altering the plots and conditions for the residential development in the second phase of the area.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 28.12.2016 to 13.02.2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/skardshlid\/32_DEILISK_2.-uF.16.12.13.pdf\/\">The planning amendment can also be viewed here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 13 February 2017.
