Residents will need to arrange for their own trees to be disposed of via Sorpa.<\/p>\n<p>This year, residents of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur must take their Christmas trees to the SORPA recycling centres themselves. Christmas trees from private individuals are accepted free of charge, but businesses, contractors and institutions pay a reception fee in accordance with the sites' tariff for all waste, including Christmas trees, unless otherwise stated.
