{"id":13218,"date":"2017-01-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skipulagsbreyting-hafravellir-13\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T08:59:55","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T08:59:55","slug":"structural-change-hafravellir-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skipulagsbreyting-hafravellir-13\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisational change \u2013 Hafravellir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Change to the detailed plan for Hafravellir 13, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 31 August 2015 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Hafravellir 13, in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment consists of extending the plot by two of the four parking spaces located at the south-west corner of Plot No. 13 at Hafravellir. The plot will be extended by 25 m\u00b2. The precise size of the extension will be shown on the survey plan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 13 January 2017 to 27 February 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/DeiliskipulagHafravellir13.pdf\/\">The proposal can be viewed here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 27.02.2017.
