Change to the detailed plan for Kvistavellir 63
\nand 65, Fields 5.<\/b><\/p>\n

Organisational
\nand the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Building Council approved
\nat its meeting on 13.12.2016 to advertise a proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plots
\nto Kvistavellir 63 and 65 in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. The amendment
\nconsists of the plots Kvistavellir 63 and Kvistavellir 65 being combined into
\nA single plot. Permission will be granted to build a three-unit terraced house in place of a semi-detached house. Shape of the building plot
\nis altered, but its size remains virtually unchanged. The number of parking spaces increases by two. A new type of terraced house, R7, is defined. Otherwise
\nOlder terms apply.<\/p>\n

The proposals will be made
\nSample at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Customer Service, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service.
\nat Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 17.01.2017 \u2013 01.03.2017. <\/p>\n

Those who consider themselves to have an interest to protect are given the opportunity to do so.
\ncomments on the amendment and they shall be submitted in writing to the Ministry of the Environment and
\nplanning service of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, no later than 1 March 2017. Those who do not
\nFailure to comment on the amendment within the specified deadline shall be deemed consent.
