The amendment consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>5.4.1.&nbsp;<\/b>Multi-unit residential building F1. At Eskivelli 11 there will be one six-storey multi-unit residential building (F1) with 39 flats. The building footprint is angular and will now measure 31.6 m \u00d7 42.5 m externally, with a width of 11.3 m\u201314.5 m, covering 708.5 m\u00b2. The underground car park has been removed and parking spaces are provided on the site. Otherwise, the previous conditions for the plot apply.<\/li>\n<li><b>5.4.2.&nbsp;<\/b>Block of flats F2, Eskivellir 13. Otherwise, the previous conditions for the site remain in force.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 31 January 2017 to 16 March 2017.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/Deiliskip.Eskivellir1113Jan2017.pdf\/\">The detailed plan proposal can also be viewed HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 16 March 2017.
