{"id":13239,"date":"2016-11-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skipulagsbreytingar-vatnsverndarmork\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T08:59:50","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T08:59:50","slug":"organisational-changes-of-the-water-protection-morke","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skipulagsbreytingar-vatnsverndarmork\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisational changes \u2013 water protection boundaries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Proposal for an amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013\u20132025 regarding water protection boundaries, in order to align with the Regional Plan for the Capital Area.<\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved, at its meeting on 23 November 2016, a proposal to amend the 2013-2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur concerning water protection boundaries, in order to align it with the Regional Plan for the Capital Region, and it was published in accordance with the relevant regulations. Section 31 of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment proposes that the well area at Straumsel be removed, and consequently the boundaries of the water protection zone will be shifted southwards by the extent of its catchment area. There will also be changes to the well area in Myglud\u00e6lar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/uppland\/ASK_2013_Adalskipulag_Hfj_br_vatnsvmork_03112016.pdf\/\">Proposal for an amendment to the general plan regarding water protection boundaries<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/uppland\/16143-umhverfisskyrsla.pdf\/\">Revised Water Protection Boundaries \u2013 Environmental Report<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proposal for an amendment to the Undirhl\u00ed\u00f0 local plan for Sandskei\u00f0sl\u00edna 1<\/p>\n<p>Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, at its meeting on 23 November 2016, resolved to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the Undirhl\u00ed\u00f0ar detailed plan, concerning Sandskei\u00f0sl\u00edna 1, in accordance with Section 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The change consists of increasing the number of high-voltage lines from one to three and shifting the easement boundaries northwards to comply with the current Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025. Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment and these should be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality, no later than 10 January 2017, or to the email address&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:berglindg@hafnarfjordur.is\">berglindg@hafnarfjordur.is<\/a>.
