The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur has taken part in<br \/>\nThis survey has been conducted for many years, and the results of each subject area have been systematically recorded.<br \/>\nto include in their projects and work.&nbsp; <\/i><\/p>\n<p>Results<br \/>\nService surveys provide an idea of resident satisfaction and\/or experience based on discussion with<br \/>\ncertain municipal services.&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe aim of the survey is to examine satisfaction with the service of the largest<br \/>\nof the country's municipalities, as well as examining changes from previous measurements. More<br \/>\nare satisfied with their municipality this year compared to last, and the score<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 4.3 out of 5 possible on the 1-5 scale. The municipality is rising in<br \/>\n10 out of 13 factors, and there is a significant difference in four of them between years. Factors<br \/>\nregarding the services of the local authority, satisfaction with the local authority as a place to<br \/>\nhousing, services for families with children and services for disabled people in<br \/>\nthe municipality. Great emphasis has been placed on targeted measures in this<br \/>\ndepartments in recent months and years, and it is therefore pleasing that actions and projects<br \/>\nseems to translate into an experience and satisfaction for both the users of the service and<br \/>\nthose who assess satisfaction based on discussion and conversation with others. Still on<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur is some way off catching up with the municipalities that score highest.<br \/>\nin each section but remains around the average of all the municipalities. This<br \/>\nA positive result highlights residents' more positive attitude towards the service.<br \/>\nof the municipality and is an encouragement to all concerned to continue on the same<br \/>\nroute.
