{"id":13256,"date":"2017-02-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/alutbod-skoli-i-skardshlid\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:01","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:01","slug":"alumni-school-in-skardshlid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/alutbod-skoli-i-skardshlid\/","title":{"rendered":"Public auction \u2013 school in Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0Public auction \u2013 pre-qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur invites applications for participation in a restricted tender for the design and construction of a school in Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/p>\n<p>The school consists of buildings for two parallel primary schools, covering approximately 6,710 m\u00b2.<sup>2<\/sup>, music school approx. 470 m<sup>2<\/sup>, nursery about 750 m<sup>2<\/sup> and a sports hall of about 870 m<sup>2<\/sup>, a total of about 8,800 m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The school is planned to be built in three phases with the following completion dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage 1, 1,500 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15 June 2018<\/li>\n<li>Stage 2, 4,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15 June 2019<\/li>\n<li>Stage 3, 3,300 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15 June 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The number of participants will be limited to five, and if there are more applicants, a draw will be held among those deemed eligible.
