{"id":13268,"date":"2017-02-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skipulagsbreyting-breidhella-18-og-20\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:05","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:05","slug":"structural-alteration-broadhelle-18-and-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skipulagsbreyting-breidhella-18-og-20\/","title":{"rendered":"Planning change \u2013 Brei\u00f0hella 18 and 20"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the plots at Brei\u00f0hellu 18 and 20, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 13 December 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plots at Brei\u00f0hellu 18 and 20 in accordance with 1. subsection 43. of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010. This is a change to the detailed plan \u201cHellnahraun 2nd Phase, approved 11.04.2011.<\/p>\n<p>The zoning amendment consists of combining the plots at Brei\u00f0hellu 18 and 20 into a single plot, enlarging the building envelope, increasing the maximum height of the buildings, and providing two access points to the plot instead of one.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 28.02. to 11.04. 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/br.dsk-lagfaert_Breidhella_18og20_LOKA.pdf\/\">The planning proposal can also be viewed HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur no later than 11 April 2017.
