{"id":13292,"date":"2017-03-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skipulagsbreyting-selhella-1\/"},"modified":"2022-12-07T14:59:39","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T14:59:39","slug":"organisational-change-selhella-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skipulagsbreyting-selhella-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisational change \u2013 Selhella 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the northern part of Selhraun, concerning the plot Selhella 1, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 06.09.2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Selhellur 1, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010. This is a change to the northern Selhraun detailed plan, due to the misaligned junction of Kr\u00fdsuv\u00edkurvegur and Reykjanesbraut.<\/p>\n<p>The zoning amendment entails a reduction in the plot size, an increase in the plot's utilisation ratio, changes to access and parking arrangements, and the removal of an open shelter on the plot.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 20 March to 1 May 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/vellir\/Selhella1-br.dsk_loka20mars2017.pdf\/\">The detailed plan proposal can also be viewed HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 01.05.2017.
