{"id":13313,"date":"2017-04-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/deiliskipulagsbreyting-fyrir-kaldarsel-kaldarbotna-og-gjarnar\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:13","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:13","slug":"a-zoning-change-for-cold-springs-cold-basins-and-the-like","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/deiliskipulagsbreyting-fyrir-kaldarsel-kaldarbotna-og-gjarnar\/","title":{"rendered":"New detailed plan for Kald\u00e1rsel, Kald\u00e1rbotnar, Gjarnar and \u00c1svallabraut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Proposal for a new local plan for Kald\u00e1rsel, Kald\u00e1rbotnar and Gj\u00e1rnar <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At its meeting on 23 November 2016, the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council resolved to advertise a new detailed plan for Kald\u00e1rsel, Kald\u00e1rbotnar and Gj\u00e1rnar, in accordance with Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The development plan is bounded to the north by the Kald\u00e1rhraun and Gj\u00e1rnar nature reserve, adjoins the Sl\u00e9ttuhl\u00ed\u00f0 development plan, and covers a groundwater protection zone in Kald\u00e1rbotnar.\u00a0 The total area is 257 ha. Simultaneously, minor amendments will be made to the boundaries of the Sl\u00e9ttuhl\u00ed\u00f0 and H\u00f6f\u00f0ask\u00f3g \u2013 Hvaleyrarvatn local plans. The boundaries extend beyond the disturbed land due to a path north of the road line and embankments and fillings south of the road line. The proposals, along with the reports and amendments for Sl\u00e9ttuhl\u00ed\u00f0 and H\u00f6f\u00f0ask\u00f3g \u2013 Hvaleyrarvatn, will be on public display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, 6 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, 2 Nor\u00f0urhellu, from 06.04 \u2013 18.05.17.
