Permission will be granted to build a three-unit terraced house in place of a semi-detached house. Shape of the building plot<br \/>\nis altered, but its size remains virtually unchanged. The number of parking spaces increases by two. A new type of terraced house, R7, is defined. Otherwise<br \/>\nOlder terms apply.<\/p>\n<p>The change was announced in<br \/>\nin accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act 123\/2010, from 17 January 2017 to 1 March 2017.<br \/>\nComments were received from 5 parties and the local authority's comments on them have been<br \/>\nsent to the senders.
