On
\na hearing of the Planning and Building Officer of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur on the
\nOn 8 March 2017, the submission from the owners of Klettahraun 23, Magn\u00fas, was considered.
\nApplication for planning permission from Inga \u00d3skarssonar and Sign\u00fdjar J\u00f3hannesd\u00f3ttur for proposed alterations to a house.
\ntheirs. At the meeting, it was agreed to give local notice.
\naccompanying proposal by THG architects for alterations to Klettahraun 23, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur,
\nDate: 07.03.2017. The application is subject to local consultation in accordance with Section 44.
\nPlanning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n

Conclusion
\nof the meeting was: \u201cPlanning Committee meeting
\nand the building control officer agrees to grant conditional planning permission, provided that the proposal is subject to a period of local consultation.
\nnot a detailed plan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The change includes, among other things, an extension to the living room.
\nTo the south by 2.7m, the floor lowered and the windows raised. The garage will also be raised.
\nand extended westwards by 2m. The proposal will be subject to local consultation from 7 April to 5 May.
