The draft proposal consists of fixing the location of transport corridors for the City Line and defining criteria for development in its impact areas.<\/p>\n<p>Draft proposals for changes to the Master Plans of Gar\u00f0ab\u00e6r 2004-2016, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025, K\u00f3pavogur 2012-2024, Mosfellsb\u00e6r 2011-2030, the City of Reykjav\u00edk 2010-2016 and the Municipality of Seltjarnarnes 2015-2033, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 30 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.
