The handbook was recently presented at a special launch event.<br \/>\nat the school in the presence of numerous guests. The handbook, Early Intervention in Speech Stimulation<br \/>\nPre-school children \u2013 preparation for reading, is the result of a development project in<br \/>\nat the nursery school which has taken place over the last two years.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The handbook introduces, among other things, procedures, language stimulation, and the classification of books.<br \/>\nand language stimulation material by language topic. Also, a procedure for the education of all children in<br \/>\nthe nursery and the handbook, for instance, addresses screening for potential<br \/>\nchildren's reading difficulties. The game is the focus and the book presents<br \/>\nFun ideas for working with language and literacy in play-based situations.<br \/>\noutside and inside. The aim is to search for everyone.<br \/>\nA way to identify early those children who may later have difficulties with reading.<br \/>\nmore, analyse the problem and take preventative action where work is being carried out<br \/>\ntargeted with intervention following screening and testing. This involves<br \/>\nthe philosophy of early intervention, organised language stimulation in nursery school which begins<br \/>\nearly, and thus an important foundation for children's reading readiness is laid. <\/p>\n<p><b>A handbook that harmonises<br \/>\nprofessional work and establishes certain working practices<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The handbook is a good handbook for the staff of Nor\u00f0urberg and<br \/>\ngives them increased opportunities to coordinate professional work and establish certain working practices<br \/>\nsessi. At the same time, the handbook is good.<br \/>\nA model for others in early intervention regarding the language stimulation and reading development of children.<br \/>\nschool. The handbook presents a specific foundation that can be utilised and developed.<br \/>\nwith regard to the distinctiveness of each nursery school. The handbook and the development project were produced in<br \/>\nin close collaboration with \u00c1sthildur Bj. Snorrad\u00f3ttir, a speech and language therapist at<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality. The workshop was led by Hulda P. Haraldsd\u00f3ttir,<br \/>\nnursery school teacher and head of the \u00c1lfasteinsdeild at Nor\u00f0urberg. Others in<br \/>\nThe project's development team were Gunnhildur Gr\u00edmsd\u00f3ttir, deputy head teacher of the nursery school, and<br \/>\nthe department heads L\u00f3a Bj\u00f6rk Hallsd\u00f3ttir, Sigr\u00ed\u00f0ur Jenn\u00fd Halld\u00f3rsd\u00f3ttir and<br \/>\nJ\u00f3hanna Berentsd\u00f3ttir. The head teacher of Nor\u00f0urberg is Anna Borg Har\u00f0ard\u00f3ttir.<br \/>\nComparable work on a bespoke and adapted manual is already underway in<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's newest nursery school, Bjarkalundur.<\/p>\n<p>\nFurther information is provided by \u00c1sthildur Bj.
