{"id":13373,"date":"2017-06-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/grenndarkynning-strandgata-11-og-austurgata-12\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:22","slug":"neighbourhood-consultation-for-strandgata-11-and-austurgata-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/grenndarkynning-strandgata-11-og-austurgata-12\/","title":{"rendered":"Neighbourhood consultation \u2013 11 Strandgata and 12 Austurgata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Change to the detailed plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur town centre concerning the plots<br \/>\n11 Strand Street and 12 East Street<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At a meeting of the planning and building officer<br \/>\nOn 10 May 2017, it was approved to give local notice of a minor amendment.<br \/>\non plot 1 in the detailed plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur town centre, concerning the plots at 11 Strandgata<br \/>\nand 12 East Street, in accordance with section 44 of the Planning Act<br \/>\nNo. 123\/2010.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The zoning amendment consists of altering the plot boundaries.<br \/>\nThe boundary between the plots will be moved south by approximately 5 metres and a building plot will be created.<br \/>\nextended to the west, as shown on the attached proposal plan. Only<br \/>\nThe construction of a basement is permitted where an extension to the building plot is proposed. The planning amendment will be subject to local consultation from 16 June.<br \/>\nuntil 13 July 2017.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/midbaear\/Strandg.11_Austurg.12-dsk.br.Loka.pdf\/\">The proposal can be viewed HERE<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity<br \/>\nobjections to the amendment must be made and submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur no later than 12 July 2017.
