Eva is the first trans woman to serve as the national spokeswoman at<br \/>\nOfficial celebrations. Eva, who is a native of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur through and through, read a poem by<br \/>\nBrynd\u00edsi Bj\u00f6rgvinsd\u00f3ttur. The Valkyrie is a symbol or personification of Iceland.
