At<br \/>\nWith the purchase, the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur commits to providing a public service in<br \/>\nthe property for a minimum of 15 years from the signing of the agreement. A special working group<br \/>\nwill consider ideas for activities in the house. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs.<br \/>\nregarding the purchase of the state's 85% shareholding in St. Joseph's Hospital at 41 South Street in<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, together with the other party, shall share the ownership of the plot of land and everything that accompanies it.<br \/>\nPreviously, the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur owned 15% in the property. This is a former hospital.<br \/>\nover four floors in several adjoining buildings, along with a chapel.<\/p>\n<p>The size of the house is 2,829 m\u00b2 and it was built in 1926, 1973 and 2006. The building stands<br \/>\non a 4,467.2 m\u00b2 freehold plot of land defined as a plot for community services. At<br \/>\nWith the purchase, the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur commits to providing a public service in<br \/>\nthe property for a minimum of 15 years from the signing of the agreement. Through public service<br \/>\nrefers to activities concerning social services, health services, cultural or<br \/>\neducational activities or other comparable services that the public accesses in the municipality.<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur also undertakes to commence operations in the property.<br \/>\nwithin 3 years of the signing of the agreement.
