Extension of the building plot at Gullhellu 1.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 20 February 2017 to subject to a local notification a change to the detailed plan for Phase 1 of Kapelluhraun, concerning the plot at Gullhellu 1, with reference to section 2. subsection 43 of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The zoning amendment consists of an extension of the plot's building envelope, as shown on the attached proposal plan.
