The proposal was prepared for GG Verk. Extensive<br \/>\nChanges are coming to the field, changes that have as their guiding principle that<br \/>\nbeautifully link a new development with the older one. The current house has<br \/>\nhas stood on the site since 1965.<\/p>\n<p>At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee on 11 July, a motion was laid<br \/>\nA decision was reached in the competition for the planning and development of 2 L\u00e6kjargata.<br \/>\n(The Dwarf Lodge), but the competition received various proposals which nevertheless included a model.<br \/>\nfrom four parties. The council approved the recommendation of a special assessment committee and laid<br \/>\nto enter into a contract with the bidder GG verk ehf on the condition that<br \/>\nthat a row of terraced houses (four houses) behind G\u00fatt\u00f3 be removed from their planning application. L\u00e6kjargata<br \/>\n2 is in a desirable area for residential development but has for years been<br \/>\nunderutilised and the house is a poor adornment to the town's appearance. From it, there is a view over<br \/>\nThe stream, the churchyard and part of the town centre. In the shaping of the houses that were built<br \/>\nare sought to be brought into line with the adjoining houses on L\u00e6kjargata and<br \/>\nBrekkugata in terms of form, choice of materials and proportions, so that they work<br \/>\nas a natural extension of the existing built-up area.
