The time has now come for external works, and the demolition of the building is scheduled to take place from 27th July to 4th August, with associated disruption to pedestrians and motorists. We thank you in advance for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>From 27th July to 4th August, Dvergh\u00fasi\u00f0 will be demolished.<\/h4>\n<p>From 27th July to 4th August, the annex at 2 L\u00e6kjargata (the Dwarf House) will be demolished. L\u00e6kjargata will be completely closed until and including Sunday, 30th July, while both Brekkugata and Su\u00f0urgata will be closed 24\/7 for the duration of the works. Residents of these streets are advised to park their cars at the Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur car park, the sports hall on Strandgata, or the music school during the closure. Essential traffic will be permitted through the streets, but all traffic must be kept to a minimum for safety reasons. Pedestrian signals across L\u00e6kjargata will be deactivated for the duration of the works, and the speed limit will be reduced to 30 km\/h.
