The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur approved at its meeting on 21 February 2017 to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun \u2013 Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur \/ Einhella 9, in accordance with Section 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. <\/p>\n
The change consists of extending the building plot at Einhellu 9 by 15m to the west, 3m to the east, and reducing it by 4m to the south. A new shared driveway with the plot at Einhellu 11 will be at the western end of the plot.<\/p>\n
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 08.08 to 23.09.2017. <\/p>\n
