{"id":13531,"date":"2018-03-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/tillaga-ad-adal-og-deiliskipulagsbreytingu-vid-sudurgotu-40-44\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:46","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:46","slug":"proposal-for-a-major-and-detailed-planning-amendment-at-southurst-road-40-44","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/tillaga-ad-adal-og-deiliskipulagsbreytingu-vid-sudurgotu-40-44\/","title":{"rendered":"Proposal for a major and detailed planning amendment at 40-44 Su\u00f0urgata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At a meeting of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council on 30 August 2017, it was resolved to advertise a proposal for a change of land use in the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Master Plan, in accordance with section 1 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.\u00a0 Furthermore, the town council approved a proposal for an amended detailed plan for 40-44 Su\u00f0urgata and to advertise it in accordance with section 1 of article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The proposals will be advertised in parallel, as permitted by section 2 of Article 41 of the Planning Act 123\/2010.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The amendment to the Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur for the aforementioned plots consists of changing the land use designation for the plots at Su\u00f0urgata 40-44 from community services to residential development.The amendment to the detailed plan consists of the following: the plot at 40 Su\u00f0urgata will be redefined as a residential plot instead of a car park. The building at 44 Su\u00f0urgata will be given a new function, along with a sports and fitness centre that is to be relocated in accordance with the current plan.\u00a0 It will be changed into a residential building with a maximum of 12 flats. Parking will be provided on-site.
