{"id":13532,"date":"2018-03-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/tillaga-ad-deiliskipulagsbreytingu-vid-hrauntungu-5\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:46","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:46","slug":"proposal-for-a-zoning-amendment-at-hrauntunga-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/tillaga-ad-deiliskipulagsbreytingu-vid-hrauntungu-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Proposal for a local planning application amendment at Hrauntunga 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At the meeting of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council on 7 June 2017, it was resolved to advertise a proposal for a local plan amendment for the plot at Hrauntunga 5, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.\u00a0 At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee on 6 March 2018, it was resolved that the proposal should be processed in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. It was also resolved that the proposal for the detailed plan should be subject to a local consultation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The change consists of the following: Hrauntungan will become part of the 'Nor\u00f0urb\u00e6r' residential planning area. The boundaries of the current plan will therefore be moved to the edge of the built-up area at V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0at\u00fan. The existing planning area is extended, and three semi-detached houses are proposed on the site.<\/p>\n<p>The proposals, together with the supporting documents, will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 19 March 2018 to 30 April 2018.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/nordurbaer\/Hrauntunga-deiliskipulagsuppdrattur-19032018.pdf\/\">Hrauntunga \u2013 detailed plan<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/nordurbaer\/KynningAarkitektarSmall.pdf\/\">Hrauntunga \u2013 Presentation by Aarkitektar, 1 February 2018<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service.\u00a0 Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 30 April 2018.
