\nas provided for by law. The line has been on the implementation schedule of the system plan.

As has been previously stated,
\nThe struggle of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's municipal authorities to have the Hamranes lines moved.
\nfrom a settlement within the municipality had long been ongoing. In 2009,
\na signed agreement between Landsnet and the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. In those
\nThe contract provided for the relocation of the Hamranes line in three phases which was to
\nto commence in 2011 and be completed by 2017 at the latest. On 25 October 2012
\nIt was clear that this would not work out, and so an addendum was signed.
\nbetween Landsnet and the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur where it was stated that the demolition
\nThe Hamranes line and relocation were to begin no later than 2016 and be completed no later than
\nbut 2020<\/p>\n

\u201eIt was so at the beginning of this
