{"id":13544,"date":"2018-04-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/malthing-skola-og-fjolskylduthjonustu-um-eflt-samstarf\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:00:48","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:00:48","slug":"malting-school-and-family-service-on-strengthening-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/malthing-skola-og-fjolskylduthjonustu-um-eflt-samstarf\/","title":{"rendered":"Seminar by the School and Family Services on strengthening cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur calls<br \/>\njoint session of parliament next week under the heading \u201e<em>\u201cServices for children and young people in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur\" but it takes place in<br \/>\nHraunvalla School. <\/em>These are the two most extensive areas of the municipality,<em> <\/em>educational and leisure services and<br \/>\nthe family service which jointly organises the symposium, but in recent semesters<br \/>\nhave the regions been working systematically towards even greater cooperation in various areas of concern<br \/>\nto children and young people and their families with the aim of being able to provide them with<br \/>\nBetter service and sooner than ever before.<\/p>\n<p>Although it is a certain red<br \/>\nThe thread in the debate is, however, about discussing a comprehensive and robust<br \/>\nAn overview of the activities and a challenge to the council's management from all who<br \/>\nwant to make this issue their concern by coming and sitting the debate. That is<br \/>\nTimed with working people's needs in mind, but it starts from 5 p.m. on Tuesday.<br \/>\n17th April until 19:00, with presentations and talks taking place in five rooms.<br \/>\nHraunvalla School.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from early intervention<br \/>\nas presented above, a number of other talks are available, see for example the talk by Einar<br \/>\nand \u201eTeaching Advice for Bilingual Students\u201c, \u201eWhat's on offer this summer for<br \/>\nchildren and adolescents?\u201c, \u201eWhat does Child Protection do? Cooperation between family services and<br \/>\n\u201cpolice in domestic violence cases\u201e and \"Reading is the game of life \u2013 development and<br \/>\n\u201cneighbourhood projects', to name but one. Then schools present various special projects in the field.<br \/>\nprogramming and general information technology, health promotion, social skills and<br \/>\nLeisure activities.<\/p>\n<p>Never before has there been an offer<br \/>\non an equally comprehensive presentation of the work within schools and social services as well<br \/>\nand at this seminar in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.
