The deadline for nominations for the local elections in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, to be held on Saturday, 26 May 2018, is Saturday, 5 May.<\/p>\n
The Returning Officer will be based in the meeting room of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, Strandgata 6, 2nd floor, from 10:00 to 12:00, and will receive nomination lists. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the Returning Officer no later than 12:00 noon on that day.<\/p>\n
The Electoral Commission will hold a meeting with representatives of the electoral lists at the same venue on Sunday, 6th May at 17:00 to decide on the candidacies and list symbols.<\/p>\n
