The number of dwellings has been increased from 88 to 120. In addition, a proposal is made to amend the layout and shape of the building plots.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 23 April 2018 to 4 June 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/skardshlid\/Greinagerd-Skardshlid-3_afangi-07_18.04.03.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 3 \u2013 amended statement of case and planning conditions 3 April 2018<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/skardshlid\/SK_3.af_18.04.03.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amendment to the detailed plan for Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar, Phase 3, 3 April 2018<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service.\u00a0 Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 4 June 2017.
