This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The zoning plan amendment involves the enlargement and alteration of the building envelope for the plot at Einhellu 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/atvinnuhverfin\/Einhe.4-_dsk.br.A2_13.4.18.pdf\/\">Einhella 4 \u2013 zoning amendment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 25 April to 6 June 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment. These must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 06.06.2018. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
