\non election day from 10:00 to 22:00 for voters who are on the electoral register outside
\nof the capital region. In a statement from the Sheriff of the capital region
\nsays that only the votes of electors who do not have a legal residence can be sent
\nin the capital region by post in the local elections. They
\nVoters registered to vote outside the capital region are encouraged
\nto arrive early enough to vote if they intend to vote in person
\nat the County Registrar's Office in the capital region, that is, before Whit Monday.
\nOtherwise, there is a risk that the vote will be received by the returning officer in the relevant local authority.
