The proposal was advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. Comments were received, and a response from the town council has been sent to those who submitted them. The detailed plan is approved with the following changes to the published proposal: the conditions state that the street-facing side of the building will have characteristics similar to the existing building in terms of wall height, length and the breaking up of wall planes, that only one dwelling will be permitted in the building, and that the building line at the rear of the property is to be moved south.<\/p>\n<p><em>Adoption of a minor amendment to the L\u00f3nsbraut local plan:<\/em><strong><em> <br \/> <\/em><\/strong>Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved a minor amendment to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn on 25 April 2018, concerning boat shelters at Hvaleyrarl\u00f3n. The amendment was subject to a local notification in accordance with section 2 of article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. One comment was received, and the council's response has been sent to the person who submitted it.<\/p>\n<p><em>Adoption of a new detailed plan for Kald\u00e1rselsveg, connection to the Reykjanesbraut: <\/em><em><br \/> <\/em>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, on behalf of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Assembly, approved at its meeting on 29 June 2017 a new detailed plan for Kald\u00e1rselsveg in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, along with changes to the boundaries of the detailed plans for Mosahl\u00ed\u00f0 and \u00c1sland 3. The detailed plan proposal was advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 41 of the Planning and Building Act No. 123\/2010. Comments were received, and a response from the local authority has been sent to those who submitted them.\u00a0 At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee on 30 May, it was decided to respond to the comments by revisiting 4 key points. All pedestrian connections will be further reviewed, and underpasses will be provided under \u00c1svallabraut to ensure the safest possible connection to the surrounding area. A bus stop will be provided on the Mosahl\u00ed\u00f0 side, and speed calming measures will be installed in Klettahl\u00ed\u00f0 to prevent speeding through the area. Sound barriers will be installed at Mosahl\u00ed\u00f0, and the acoustics were examined in more detail with on-site measurements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>New detailed plan approved<\/em> <em>for Kald\u00e1rsel, Kald\u00e1rbotna and Gj\u00e1rnar:<\/em><strong><br \/> <\/strong>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, on behalf of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Assembly, approved at its meeting on 29 June 2017 a new detailed plan for Kald\u00e1rsel, Kald\u00e1rbotnar and Gj\u00e1rnar in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. The detailed plan proposal was advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010, and at the same time, changes were made to the boundaries of the detailed plan schemes for Sl\u00e9ttuhl\u00ed\u00f0 and H\u00f6f\u00f0ask\u00f3g \u2013 Hvaleyrarvatn.\u00a0 Comments were received, and the council's responses have been sent to those who submitted them.<\/p>\n<p><em>Adoption of an amendment to the detailed plan for the Undirhl\u00ed\u00f0ar quarry, for the Sandskei\u00f0sl\u00edna 1: <\/em><strong><br \/> <\/strong>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved an amendment to the Undirhl\u00ed\u00f0ar detailed plan on 15 February 2017. Comments were received, and the council's responses have been sent to those who submitted them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decision of the municipal council pursuant to subsection 2 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Adoption of an amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 concerning water protection boundaries:<\/em><strong><em><br \/> <\/em><\/strong>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved, at its meeting on 15 February 2017, an amendment to the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 Master Plan for a change to the boundaries of the water protection area within the municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, and it was advertised in accordance with section 1. paragraph of Article 36 of the Act No. 123\/2010. Comments were received and the municipality's responses have been sent to those who submitted them.
