Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality and the University of Iceland have reached an agreement.
\nan agreement for the school to provide facilities for technical studies at the Education Centre
\nby the Stream this autumn. The Town Council approved the agreement at its meeting this morning. Technical instruction
\nwill begin in full swing this autumn here in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, but the studies had previously
\nin collaboration with Keili at \u00c1sbr\u00fa in Reykjanes.<\/p>\n
At Keili, studies related to aviation and tourism have grown.
\nin recent years and at the same time also teaching in engineering. The University of Iceland saw
\nan opportunity to move the technical teaching closer to the capital.
\nThe students come from both the capital region and the South West, and therefore it was considered
\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur is an ideal location. After a presentation from the University about
\nPossible accommodation at the Learning Centre by the Stream was received this summer, the town council instructed

The teaching takes place on the third floor of the Learning Centre and as
