{"id":13613,"date":"2018-08-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-27T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/breyting-a-adalskipulagi-hafnarfjardar-2013-2025-og-deiliskipulagi-suduarhafnar-fornubudir-5\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:01:00","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:01:00","slug":"amendment-to-the-hafnarfjordur-master-plan-2013-2025-and-the-detailed-plan-for-sudurhofn-fornubudir-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/breyting-a-adalskipulagi-hafnarfjardar-2013-2025-og-deiliskipulagi-suduarhafnar-fornubudir-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 and the Detailed Plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn, Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, at its meeting on 22 August 2018, approved the publication of the submitted proposal, dated 08.08.2018, to amend the 2013-2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, concerning the relocation of a high-voltage power line at Hamranes, and that the matter shall be processed in accordance with Article 31 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved the proposed amendment to the 2013-2025 master plan at its meeting on 22 August 2018. 08.08.2018, to an amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 and that the procedure shall be in accordance with Article 31 of the Planning Act 123\/2010. The amendment consists of making the provisions for the South Harbour, a harbour area (land use category H), more detailed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Change to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur \u2013 Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved the proposed plan, dated 10.08.2018, to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, concerning the plot at Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5. It was also agreed that the procedure would be in accordance with Article 41 of the Planning Act 123\/2010. The amendment to the detailed plan consists of a change in wording in the explanatory statement to align with an amendment to the explanatory statement of the Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025, and the amendments to both the Master Plan and the detailed plan are being advertised concurrently, see 2. paragraph 2 of Article 41 of the Planning Act 123\/2010.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 27 August to 8 October 2018.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/master-plan\/ask.br.hamranealina_faersla_08082018.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amendment to the Master Plan \u2013 Temporary realignment of Hamranes Lines 1 and 2 at Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/hofnin\/ask_2013_2025_sudurhofn_ein_mynd_08082018.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amendment to the General Plan \u2013 amended text in the statement of reasons, section 2.2.7 Harbour Area: General Provisions<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/hofnin\/1701_deilskipulagsbreyting-01-1-.pdf\/\">Amendment to the detailed plan for Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5, plot 4.1 in the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the proposals, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality no later than 8 October 2010.
