\nin Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, nominations were received when nominations were sought for awards for

\nreceived recognition for the tidiest business premises at the ceremony and
\nIndustrial areas and the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Forestry Society honorary awards for
\nPioneering work in land reclamation, plant conservation and diverse tree and forest cultivation
\nbut the awards are always presented at the \u00de\u00f6ll Nursery, which is run by the Forestry Commission.

The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur appealed to residents and others earlier this summer
\nInterested in nominations for awards for elegance and beauty
\nproperties, gardens and streets in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. The awards were presented at
\na festive ceremony at the premises of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Forestry Society in fine weather on
\nWednesday evening. Owners of gardens at \u00c1lfaskei\u00f0 85, Brekku\u00e1s 15, Erluhraun 15,
\nFj\u00f3luhvamm 9, Gauks\u00e1s 37, Hellisg\u00f6tu 7, J\u00f3fr\u00ed\u00f0arsta\u00f0aveg 13 and Sp\u00f3a\u00e1s 18 received
\nAward for beautiful and tidy gardens with a variety of plants, good
\ncare and pride in their gardening despite a rainy summer. Then he received
